For the safety of our guests and neighbors there is a Ring type doorbell that is only activated by motion. The doorbell is on the outside of the entrance door of the condo and covers just the hallway area. There are no other devices inside the condo.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner

My husband Matt and I live in MN, we have been visiting Marco Island for years. We hope to spend winters there in the future, and wish for our guests to enjoy our condo as much as we do and treat it with the same care and respect.
